Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
To request a cancellation, customers must contact our customer support team immediately via email or phone with the order details.

Return Policy (Damaged Products Only)

At Gulf Mobiles, we accept returns only for damaged products.

  • Return requests must be raised within 1 day (24 hours) of receiving the order.

  • Returns are strictly applicable only if the product is found damaged at the time of delivery.

  • Customers must provide a clear box-opening video recorded from the moment the package seal is opened.

    • The video should clearly show the package, seal, and the damaged product.

    • Requests without a proper box-opening video will not be accepted.

  • Products that are used, opened without recording, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Warranty & Manufacturer Support

All warranty-related issues, performance concerns, or software/hardware defects after delivery must be handled directly with the respective mobile brand or authorized service center.
Gulf Mobiles does not handle manufacturer warranty claims.

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned damaged product is received and inspected, and the damage is verified, a refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only in cases of verified damaged products, subject to stock availability.
If a replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated instead.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to verified damage, return shipping instructions will be provided by our team.

  • Unauthorized or self-shipped returns without approval will not be accepted.

Damaged Product Reporting

If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at gulfmobilesofficial@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Box-opening video

  • Photos (if available)

  • Brief description of the issue

Our team will review the case and respond with the next steps.
