Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are typically delivered within:

  • Minimum: 3 working days

  • Maximum: 7 working days

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as logistics issues, weather conditions, or operational delays.

• Shipment status updates will be communicated via email when there is a change in order status.

• Customers can also check order status by logging into their account and visiting Dashboard → Orders.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

• Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

• To request a cancellation, customers must contact customer support immediately with order details.

Returns & Replacements (Damaged Products Only)

• Gulf Mobiles accepts returns only for products damaged at the time of delivery.

• Return requests must be raised within 24 hours (1 day) of receiving the order.

• A clear box-opening video is mandatory. The video must:

  • Start before opening the package

  • Clearly show the sealed box being opened

  • Clearly display the damaged product

• Returns without a valid box-opening video will be strictly rejected.

• Used products, opened packages without recording, or damages reported after 24 hours are not eligible for return or replacement.

Warranty Disclaimer

• All mobile phones and electronic products are covered by manufacturer warranty only.

• Any warranty-related issues, defects, servicing, or repairs after delivery must be handled directly with the respective brand or authorized service center.

• Gulf Mobiles does not provide direct warranty support or repairs.

Refund Policy

• Once the damaged product is received and inspected, and the issue is verified, refunds will be processed.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Gulf Mobiles website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Gulf Mobiles and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
